For L’OREAL Hellas the consumer experience is a key priority and this experience begins, first of all, with the availability of the product on the shelf and the maintenance of stocks at the desired levels. For this reason, the company decided to innovate by utilizing a large asset it has: Sell out and Stock In Trade data from retailers with whom it cooperates. With our contribution, the company proceeded to the utilization of this data for better forecasting of demand.
After experimenting with data collection, processing, selection of the best algorithms and forecasting techniques, we created for L’OREAL Hellas a plug and play demand forecasting tool utilizing sell out and stock in trade data, which improves the company’s forecast accuracy up to 20%.

PLANNING undertook the complete spatial and functional design of Papadakis storage center, placing particular emphasis on the scalability of all different storage systems and spaces. Papadakis Group is the exclusive distributor for new Man and Neoplan buses, an authorized distributor for new Man trucks and an importer of used buses of all manufacturers with a market share of more than 65% in sales of such vehicles.

PLANNING SA was trusted by NIKITAS KOTHROS SA, a pioneering company in the field of commercial vehicle spare parts, with more than 350 active customers in Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans over the last 48 years. The project concerned the spatial and functional design of a new warehouse and store in Aspropyrgos, with a total area of 2,800sq.m., in an existing multi-storey building. The nature of the managed products (small dimensions, bulky, oversized, heavy, fragile, barrels, pallet tanks, etc.), which extends to a range of more than 15,000 codes, guided the overall design aiming at the maximum utilization and the high productivity of the premises.
